Five is the New Seven…

Except my little love gets to go back to sleep, and if I move him that’s it!  He’s up and crying.  This is the third consecutive morning this week he’s woken up at five, if not earlier.  So far this morning I’ve been sleep-punched in the eye, bitten in a vulnerable spot while feeding him and annoyed by the cats’ crying/trying to knock over water… Not the easiest way to start a Friday.

But we are blessed, that’s what it comes down to.  Here’s an early morning attempt at being creative:

If this happens again tomorrow I’m putting him in bed with his Daddy & going to back to sleep on the couch.
